We already know that Justin has 2 tooth erupted (top corner) in the last few days. This means he has total of 14 tooth while Rianna still has 12 at the moment. I took them to their 2nd dentist appointment. Justin had an x-ray of his bottom tooth on right side. For now it is wait and see until they come back for their 3rd appointment which will be in November. It is possibly 2 teeth has been fused together or germinated tooth 1 being primary and other 1 being extra tooth. And possibly future may need to go and take a tooth out.
